These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OSUKE website and services operated by OSUKE ("OSUKE", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a paid feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use OSUKE.

1. About OSUKE

OSUKE is an AI-powered personal appearance and grooming platform. The service can analyze an uploaded photograph and provide appearance-related insights, grooming recommendations, strengths, improvement opportunities, scores, and related generated content.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must not use another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or service.

3. Use of Uploaded Photos

You may upload photographs for the purpose of using OSUKE's analysis features. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permission to submit any photograph you upload.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, malicious, or intended to compromise the security or operation of the service.

4. AI-Generated Results

OSUKE uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations. AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or subjective interpretations.

Results are provided for general personal appearance and grooming guidance and should be evaluated using your own judgment.

OSUKE does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, healthcare advice, or professional medical assessment.

5. Free and Paid Features

OSUKE may provide certain features at no charge and may offer paid credits, analyses, downloads, or other services.

Prices and included features will be displayed before a purchase is completed. We may change pricing or available features in the future, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required by applicable law.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through our designated payment provider. Payment information may be handled directly by the payment provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.

A payment does not automatically guarantee a successful analysis where technical problems, invalid uploads, service interruptions, or other circumstances prevent fulfillment.

7. Refunds and Failed Transactions

If a payment is successfully charged but the corresponding paid OSUKE service cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, you may contact us at privacy@getglowmax.com so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

8. GlowCard

Certain OSUKE features may generate a personalized GlowCard based on your analysis. GlowCard content is generated for personal use and may be downloaded or shared by you where the relevant feature is available.

You are responsible for how you choose to share or distribute your generated GlowCard.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• use OSUKE for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to bypass account, payment, or access controls;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract the service or its content without permission;
• upload malicious code or files;
• misrepresent your identity or authorization; or
• use the service to infringe another person's rights.

10. Intellectual Property

The OSUKE website, software, branding, design, logos, text, interfaces, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to OSUKE unless otherwise stated.

You retain rights you already have in content you upload. By submitting content, you grant OSUKE the limited permissions reasonably necessary to process that content and provide the requested service.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep OSUKE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure problems, third-party service failures, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Third-Party Services

OSUKE may depend on third-party services for infrastructure, storage, email delivery, artificial intelligence processing, and payment processing. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability requirements.

13. Disclaimer

OSUKE is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or produce a particular appearance or grooming outcome.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSUKE will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse or fraud, or comply with applicable law.

You may stop using OSUKE at any time. Account deletion requests can be made by contacting us.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Continued use of OSUKE after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of OSUKE in India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal requirements that apply to you.
