Uploaded photos

If you use our photo-analysis service, you may upload a photograph. The photograph is processed to generate your requested personal appearance and grooming analysis.

Please do not upload photographs or other information belonging to another person unless you have the necessary permission to do so.

Analysis and generated information

We process information generated from your uploaded photo, including the AI analysis, grooming insights, recommendations, scores, strengths, tips, and related results needed to provide the service.

Payment information

When you purchase a paid service or credits, payment processing is handled through our payment provider. We may receive transaction information such as payment identifiers, order identifiers, amount, and payment status. We do not intend to store your full card, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials on our systems.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account;
• verify your email address;
• process uploaded photos and provide requested AI analysis;
• generate and deliver OSUKE and GlowCard features;
• process and verify purchases;
• maintain service security and prevent abuse;
• troubleshoot and improve the service; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Photo Processing and AI

Your uploaded photo is used to provide the photo-analysis service you request. AI-generated results are intended for personal appearance and grooming guidance.

OSUKE does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, professional healthcare advice, or guaranteed attractiveness assessments.

4. Storage

Account and service information is stored using our application database and configured storage infrastructure. Uploaded files may be stored temporarily while required for processing and delivery. Generated GlowCards may be retained as part of your account and purchased service.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate parts of OSUKE, including infrastructure, cloud storage, email delivery, AI processing, and payment processing.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account records, complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Uploaded photos may be deleted when they are no longer required for processing. Certain generated results, transaction records, or account information may need to be retained for longer periods.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including requesting access, correction, deletion, or other actions concerning your information.
